Hungarian Parliament Building in Top 10 - Tourists are Increasingly in Love
June 20th, 2018Each year, TripAdvisor ranks the list of the world's most popular attractions based on the Travelers' Choice Awards. According to the decision made on the basis of the evaluations and opinions submitted by tourists over a year, Hungary was included in the top 10 this year, as from the 14th place of last year, the Parliament went to 10th place this year.
After last year’s success, Cambodia's Angkor Wat became again the ultimate most popular building in the world. Plaza de Espana in Seville rank second this year, and at the third stage of the podium is the Zayed Sejk Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
The list goes on: forth is the Vatican's St. Peter's Basilica, the fifth is Cordoba Cathedral in Spain, the sixth is Tadzs Mahal in India, the seventh is Milan's Cathedral, the eighth is the San Francisco Prison Museum, Alcatraz, and the ninth is the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
Europe's second and third largest parliament building in the world, the Parliament has a unique place in the region as well with its 10th place.
